The zelaCARD(TM), a rebate card provided to patients, can offer significant savings to patients regardless of their prescription drug benefit coverage. Once daily Zelapar is indicated as an adjunct to levodopa/carbidopa, for patients experiencing a deteriorating response to this therapy.
